We have been so impressed with all our recent dealings with RP removals. Having a F2F visit and quote was very reassuring. The various degrees of help on offer, the flexibility, and ongoing communication in the light of changing move dates were so helpful. And then the great team of packers and movers – efficient, hard-working, polite and amenable, very well organized with a nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude. When they arrived the day before the move to repack pictures and dismantle beds, the whole moving process became energized and helped us with the final hurdle of packing. The move felt like such an enormous task to overcome as it was a large house on 3 floors that we had lived in for over 20yrs. The RP team enabled as smooth a move as we could have hoped for. There are many things to recommend about this company the one is that they are very professional in their approach. I also liked that they said their standard quote maybe quite high so recommended a home survey visit. After doing this my contents was calculated to be just greater than a Luton van. However they were pragmatic about it and estimated it would fit in a Luton so the price was probably lower than many who just quote using apps. They came in a brand new van and my contents was moved very efficiently and carefully and was confident of the guys throughout. They also offered to disassemble a few of my items. All in all an excellent experience and if mine is typical then I would not hesitate to recommend them to you.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE.  All the people involved were very helpful. Someone came to look at what I needed to move so they could give a quote and decide the number of lorries and people to use. I rang a few times with questions and was always treated with politeness and sensible answers. On the day the people involved worked quickly, carefully and efficiently. I was particularly impressed by how they managed my piano, including spending about fifteen minutes making sure it was stable and safe in its new position.

At first, I  thought RP removals were fully booked for August. So I  booked with another removal company to move on the 1st of September. But I  had miss read their email.
Because there was rumours our town might be put in lockdown, I  looked at the email again and realized they had free dates. I got a proper quote for what I  wanted and could be moved in four days time. The quote was far less than the other moving company for exactly the same thing.
The two guys turned up exactly on time 7.30 am and they were so friendly and polite, and I have never seen two guys work so hard. They would not let us do anything they did it all. We moved from the Midlands to Devon. Again at the other end the two guys never stopped, they had taken our wardrobes apart at our first house and put up again exactly where we wanted at the new house. As they did with all the furniture.
I can not recommend this removal firm or their hard-working staff highly enough. They were brilliant from start to finish and very polite. Plus I  saved a lot of money.  There quote was more realistic, I  am so glad I  took a second look at there email.  Brilliant removal service thank you.

Your Milton Keynes team we’re awesome today. It was so hot, conditions were awful, the people moving out kept us waiting, things wouldn’t fit, and bolts got stuck.
But they handled the day with a cheery smile, politeness and good manners.
My belongings were looked after and carried carefully, they moved things to put certain items away, and nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you guys, if I move again I’ll be coming back to you.

Used RP removals for the second time.

When booking, I chose RP removals because I knew I could trust them to deliver a great service. They were also great value for money.

What I forgot from my first time using RP Removals was that the guys who show up on the day really take the stress out of the move for me. Really professional, quick and efficient. They protected the house and surfaces from knocks and scratches, always went the extra mile. For these guys, I would put my hand into a fire for them.
